On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Academic Information Saturday will be held at the Department for Foreigners, Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw, as part of the Information Saturdays series under the project “Foreigner in Mazovia”.

The event is aimed at foreign students studying at universities in the Mazovia region, including bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral students.

During the event, staff from the Department for Foreigners will provide information on the procedures for legalizing stay in Poland for study purposes and on the status of ongoing cases.

The event will also include the acceptance of applications for temporary residence permits in connection with studies. If necessary, requests to complete missing documents will be issued for ongoing cases. In cases where all legal requirements are met, stamps confirming the legality of stay in Poland will be placed in students’ passports.
