Free Workshop on Legalizing Stay in Poland for International Students – 22 November 2025

The Polish Language Institute invites non-EU/third-country students to a free workshop dedicated to the procedures for legalizing their stay in Poland. The aim of the session is to support students in correctly navigating the administrative process of obtaining a temporary residence permit.

The workshop will cover:

• rules and procedures for submitting an application for a temporary residence permit (Article 144 of the Act on Foreigners),

• required attachments to the application,

• the most common mistakes made by applicants,

• acceptable methods of submitting documents,

• basic information on the appeal procedure in case of a negative decision,

• practical tips and “life hacks” for dealing with administrative procedures,

• a Q&A session with a migration advisor.
