Zgłaszanie streszczeń

• Termin nadsyłania streszczeń: 16.02.2026 r.
• Prace zgłoszone po tym terminie nie będą akceptowane.
• Termin powiadomienia o przyjęciu lub odrzuceniu pracy: 27.02.2026 r.
• Streszczenia można zgłaszać wyłącznie mailowo na adres: zachodwschod2026@wum.edu.pl
• Streszczenie musi być przygotowane w języku polskim i angielskim.
• Streszczenie nie może być uprzednio opublikowane ani prezentowane.
• Autor wskazuje formę prezentacji streszczenia (plakat lub prezentacja ustna), ostateczna forma prezentacji zostanie potwierdzona po decyzji recenzentów o kwalifikacji danego streszczenia.
• Streszczenie musi zawierać:

1. Tytuł
2. Imiona i nazwiska wszystkich autorów
3. Imię i nazwisko osoby prezentującej
4. Formę prezentacji
5. Afiliacja Autora/Współautora/Współautorów – proszę podać pełną oficjalną nazwę instytucji, z której pochodzi Autor i każdy ze Współautorów, miejscowość, kraj
6. Treść streszczenia, która powinna obejmować podstawowe dane dotyczące badania: cel, materiał i metodę, wyniki i wnioski (nie więcej niż 250 słów)
7. Słowa kluczowe (maksymalnie 5 słów)

• Każde zgłoszone streszczenie będzie oceniane przez Komitet Naukowy.
• Zgłoszenie streszczenia jest równoznaczne z uzyskaniem zgody wszystkich współautorów
• Osoba wysyłająca streszczenia zostaje automatycznie uznana jako autor korespondencyjny.

Streszczenia zostaną opublikowane w czasopiśmie "Protetyka Stomatologiczna"

XVIII International East-West Conference 2026 will be held on April 17, 2026.
Please submit your abstracts to the following email address: zachodwschod2026@wum.edu.pl

Abstract Submission

• Deadline for abstract submissions: February 16, 2026
• Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.
• Notification of acceptance or rejection: February 27, 2026
• Abstracts can only be submitted via email to: zachodwschod2026@wum.edu.pl
• Each abstract must be prepared in both Polish and English.
• Abstracts must not have been previously published or presented.
• The author indicates the form of presentation (poster or oral). The final form will be confirmed after the reviewers’ decision on qualifying the abstract.
• Each abstract must include:

1. Title
2. Names and surnames of all authors
3. Name and surname of the presenter
4. Form of presentation
5. Affiliation of the Author/Co-author(s) – please provide the full official name of the institution for each Author and Co-author, along with the city and country
6. The content of the abstract, which should include basic data about the study: purpose, methods, results, and conclusions (no more than 250 words)
7. Keywords (maximum 5 words)

• Each submitted abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
• Submitting an abstract is equivalent to obtaining consent from all co-authors.
• The person who submits the abstract is automatically designated as the contact person.

Summaries will be published in the journal “Protetyka Stomatologiczna.”
